This 30-minute session is our first step in working together. We’ll explore your wellness goals, current challenges, and what you want to achieve. This conversation helps me understand how I can best support you on your path to improved health. Together, we’ll start mapping out a plan that aligns with your lifestyle and needs. True, lasting change takes time, patience, and commitment. This initial consultation sets the foundation for your personalized coaching experience, guiding you toward sustainable, long-term wellness. Cancellation Policy
Welcome to your personalized wellness journey! To ensure the best experience for both of us, please review the following policies: Booking Requirements • All new clients are required to book a 30-minute consultation followed by a 2-hour intake evaluation before scheduling standard coaching sessions. This allows me to get a full picture of your health and goals, setting a strong foundation for our work together. • Sessions must be scheduled in advance to allow for proper preparation and personalized care. Cancellation & Rescheduling • A minimum of 24-hour advance notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. • Late cancellations or missed appointments without prior notice will incur a fee or may forfeit the session. Honesty & Transparency • Wellness coaching is a collaborative process rooted in trust, honesty, and open communication. I am committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental space where your thoughts and experiences are respected. • I encourage you to share openly and honestly during our sessions. This transparency is essential for developing realistic, personalized wellness strategies that work for you. • In return, I promise to offer honest feedback, compassionate support, and evidence-based guidance throughout your wellness journey.
