About the event
Bring a yoga mat to lie down on or a meditation pillow. There are chairs if you choose to sit. You will close your eyes and relax. This is a great opportunity to practice deep meditative breathing as you feel the vibrations of the different tones of the seven bowls working on different areas of your body. The bowls are played continueous for 45 mins.
